About this file
This is the Hyundai shelf of the registry: 18,339 records of Hyundai cars that have passed through Korean insurance auctions, spanning model years 2014 to 2027 across 69 models — from the santa fes and tucsons that dominate the file to single-copy rarities. Hyundai is the home marque, and the Santa Fe, Tucson and Sonata that lead the export trade to Central Asia and the Caucasus start here — as insurance write-offs, with their damage stated. A VIN beginning KMH left a Korean plant. Each record keeps what the auction filed and nothing more: the photographs where photographs were taken, the odometer reading, the fuel and displacement, the damage class the listing itself stated, and — on 9,477 of these cars — a VIN that can be read, decoded and checked against the car's paper trail.
We do not sell these cars, and we do not fill gaps with guesses. A record with no damage stamp is a record whose listing stated no damage class — not proof of a clean car. Prices are absent because we hold no reliable price data, and we would rather show you nothing than a number we cannot source. The top of the file keeps moving: live Hyundai lots surface here while the hammer is still up — 17 are on the block right now — and move into the permanent record when it falls.
